Deaconesses in the PCA?

That’s what they are talking about over at GreenBaggins.  Included in the post are some pictures from a PCA plant in which women are having hands laid upon them to serve as deaconesses.  Those pictures are here–pictures 12, 13, and 14.  This is very concerning to me, not because there couldn’t possibly be any real argument for women deacons, but because the church seems to be in direct violation of its church order.

    Thanks for spreading the word brother. This problem needs to be squashed, or before you know it, we (the PCA) will be arguing about whether we can ordain female elders or not. Give liberals a inch and they will take a mile. We all know it.
